i have coder 3.8(swap magic) and i have kingdom hearts 2 final mix, and it is not working, i have the big ps2 with the slide card, i need help asap

i load the coder, wait until it comes to the screen where it says load normal, special.... and i try to load it to make it work, but i dont know how please help me asap!
