My SWAP doesn't seem to work

Hello.
I bought the new SWAP MAGIC for my little host sister, for her birthday. I installed everything the way it's written down and how it's supposed to be, but my SWAP CD's still don't seem to work.
Does anyone of you know what might be the problem and how I can get my PS2 to accept PAL games, too?
I'd be great, if you could help me with my problem.

do you have a big or slim ps2 if slim burn the swap disc on DVD-RW it should work

what the heck are you talking about??? You can not make a copy of Swap Magic, what would you load it with? You would need to load the copy of swap magic with an original copy (unless of course you had a modchip in which case you would not even need swap magic)

Some questions:
1. as above gat model or slimline
2. is it only the CD version that you are having a problem with, or both the CD and DVD versions.
3. What other mod did you install to work with Swap Magic
4. what kind of DVD's are you burning on (like Philips 8X DVD-R)
5. what program are you bruning them with and at what speed
6. what game/games are you burning.
