I am on 3.10 official and my umd drive broke I need to know how to make a downgrader so I can atleast try to do something with my psp

To make a downgrader u must be good at using C+ and psp hacking. 3.10 cant downgrade, our professional says so.

mrgooey, you know, you shouldn't post as if you know what the hell you're talking about - because clearly you do not.
What the HELL is C+?
I strongly suggest you think before you even consider replying to a topic, I've not found a post of yours where you know what you're talking about.
3.10 can't downgrade and you believe that because YOUR professional says so? Who is this professional? Some no name person on these forums? No one said 3.10 can't be downgraded or can be downgraded. Until we find an exploit - there is no answer.
Please stop talking out of your ass and making it seem like you know all. It'll just make you look like an ignorant fool.

Not sure what this has to do with C+, also how do you go about programming a software ?
