Do it now.

Looks straight up, did not seem to load anything un wanted.
Reboot after load just to be sure. :-)

This exploit can even be hid in a .jpeg file so patch your system. I just got the message from the national alert system even as I was following this the last couple of days waiting for the patch release.
Know what OS you have and load the correct version. Not everybody is affected.
