WxRipper Not Working!!

I have Downloaded this WinRAR file but it does not work. There are five files in there; 360-DVD.LTF,wx360,wxMN.dll,wxRipper Data base file,wxRipper. I have downloaded this from many different places and they all gave me the same WinRAR file. when I click on the wxRipper/Gael360 file, it gives me the (wxRipper.exe - Application Error, The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.) The point is, there is no .EXE to install or am I not doing something correctly? Thanks to all who have gotten me this far!!!!

the file is supposed to come like that. there is no install it is a stand alone exe. you could try to update you .net framework. if that is not updated that would be your problem. you could also try other ways to back up your games
