I got my hands on a V3i that has what i think is a software flaw. it starts up fine, but anytime you push a button an error comes up saying "voice recording is full" something like this.

is there a way to gut the phone of software and reinstall the original files? is this possible? if so where can i get these files and the best app to do it. so i would try to do a system restore but i can't get to the menu without that error coming up and preventing me.
