Xbox Media Center not reading any video files off disk

My Xbox Media Center as stopped reading all video files off my disks.
They used to work fine.

do u mean cd disk like a dvd if thats it you have to go to dvd rom drive and launch it im not really sure and if its a flash video file it wont work on the xbox

dvd disks
and they used to work fine but now they dont.
