Can someone help?

I bought a Nokia dbox2 from Germany (from ebay). Unfortunately, the plug attached is a German 2-pronged one instead of a UK plug.

Can someone tell me what I do with it now? I bought an adaptor but no power getting to it at all. Is this possibly a voltage difference?

I'm so disappointed, it said it was fully UK configured and all I had to do was "plug and play".

Am I being dumb?

Suggestions welcome!

Check the fuse at the adapter.

As mgb17 says, the fuse in the adapter will be blown as it is probably a shaver adapter and has a 1amp fuse. Cut the 2 pin plug off & fit a 3 pin plug.
