i have a 3.03oec firmware and iam trying to put a medal of honour game onto my memory stick an it doesnt load can some0one help do i need some kind of a loadeR????

No.. im guessing you read nothing about 3.03 OE-C did you? Put your game in the ISO folder on your PSP and just select it from your memory stick to play it.
