Yellow Overprint Riteks Fxcked up my Writer

I recently purchased some Ritek Yellow Overprints. They appear to work fine but have now made my Pioneer 105 faulty. The pioneer now cannot write onto some Datawrite White Riteks I purchased earlier. The Datawrites that do not work now are the white top Datawrite Riteks Gen 4 2x ones.

Before I used the Overprints I used 11 of the white Datawrites successfully, now I have had 7 failures in a row which has cost me a lot of money. The failures are totally ruined and cannot be used at all. I have not changed any settings at all, it has only be the introduction of using the Yellow Overprints which has made my writer very unstable. I am very unhappy that the Overprints have in effect ruined my Writer which isn't even a year old.

Have any of you experienced a simlar problem and know of a possible solution to this problem.

It could be a coincidence that you reached the bad batch of whites just after using the yellows. Try a reliable Ritek traxdata or clone disc as a test and see if your writer is indeed screwed

'coincidence' was the operative word. I think I did in fact lay my hands on a few dodgy ones probably made by some irrate ritek employee who got sacked and decided to let the Quality Control slack for a few tubs.
