Which drive does your 360 have?To know which one you have,just open the disc tray and compare it to the ones shown in the link below

Because if you have the hitachi drive,then you need to set the booktype for DVD+R DL to DVD-ROM,thing which you can set in the utility software called plextools,then everytime you burn games for the 360 it will booktype by itself.

my plextor does that automatic..it just that i am having problem burning

delete it and use Xbox Backup Creator 2.4 to rip the disc.
the get IMGburn and make 100% sure you are booktyping the media (IMGbrun also has a little icon of a book that you can set the booktype with)
Manually set the layer break in IMGburn
tools-->settings-->write-->layer break. Check user specified and set it to 1913760. Click ok and burn as normal. This is only necessary the first time burning a 360 game

then burn the disc at 2.4X (or if your DL media is a 6X or 8X max speed you can use 4X to burn) Most people will tell you to select and burn the DVD file, but really you can use either. I usually just choose the ISO file.

That is really all there is to it.
