Trying to burn a PS2 CD bin + cue into a DVD. help please.

Hello, I need help. Im trying to burn a backup of my game. The format of it is a CD and its about 610MB. I have the bin + cue file for it.

Now, I heard that you can burn this into a PS2 and the ps2 will still read it (I got it modded). Except I heard that i need to "rebuilt" it.

I have converted the bin + cue file into an iso and data dumped it into a DVD. Am i doing this right?

the PS2 should play a CD as well. Making a CD game into a DVD game is a long process and is a shot in the dark as to wheather it will work. I hope that you made a copy of the original Bin & Cue before turning it into an ISO.

Got all the programs and the such.

I Looked at this pic:

Mine looks like this:



Does it have to be all those folders? Mine has like 1 folder, and a couple of files. To be specific the game im trying to burn is ICO PS2 NTSC (610MB)


After like 3 failed DVDs I got it burned under UDF/ISO format. It all gave me invalids on my Magic Swap 3.6 until I tried the UDF/ISO format. And it loaded. The dvd still kept spinning but the screen went black and it still loaded. I guess this game has a LBA check?

chances r the game cannot b converted to a dvd.

cd's r just a cheap as dvd's, y not just burn to cd ?
