Xbox not reading Slayers ISO:Edited!

Hey a guy sent me a Slayers iso edited through my e-mail and i opened it with Pando & burned it with Nero but when i go put it in my xbox it says

Drive init
checking
Unknown

Why wont it read the disk!?

make sure you:

used a cd-r or cd-rw

you have softmodded your xbox

i used a CD-R and never softmodded it mines hardmodded!

I tried it again and i burned it on a DVD-R still no luck!
