Updating HDD LOADER 1.0???

Im trying to update my HDD LOADER from 1.0 to 1.2 but it doesnt seem like the xbe file from the 1.0 version will work with the 1.2. Im probably overlooking something and there should be a quick fix for it. Can someone tell me exactly what needs to be done. Once again the 1.2 verrsion I have doesnt have a xbe file with it what do I do with it???
