i want to be able to play isos off of a hard drive but i dont know how to downgrade my firmware, i beleive it needs to be v1.5 to play games from a hard drive...please help me, im such a nwb

you need to upgrade to 3.03 and then downgrade to 1.5, you will need the original umd of the unpatched version of Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories.
The unpatched version of the game that contains the 2.0 update

Upgrade to 3.03 and the downgrade to 1.5. USE THE SEARCH BUTTON!!!!! :-)

why dont they just find a way to memory edit the psp's system settings and set the f/w to 0.00 and then use the 1.50 upgrader?

oh, nvm, the psp prolly checks the actual thing, not the memory.
