I have an image im trying to burn with Nero/DVD Decrypter/ or Record Now Max and I cant this image to record. When I pull up the bin, it only reads like 16 mb, instead of 3.3GB. Why isnt the bin and cue matching? Thanks.

try just double clicking on the iso image file, on my system it takes me straight to DVD Decrypter and I just burn it with that.
