Hi, can anyone help? lost some channels on the Dbox (skysports & movies requiring pin)somethin to do with Virgin Media i think!(ah i miss the good old days with Telewest)reading some posts here decided to do a scan, shock horror lost all channels, get an error message telling me to do a scan but no joy. under the scan screen
Cable: Kabel Deutschland (cant change)
Transponder: blank
Provider: blank!
Channel: blank
Everything i know about dbox you could write on a stamp!
only other thing i have noticed is the ucode is:ucode_00014 (built in)
any help would be much appreciated. live in the leeds area if that means anthying to anyone

press blue then choose set my location .. reboot then try to scan
