I'm not sure, but the following things look like they might be a bit of a problem (don't follow my advice, I'm not an expert, just giving my opinion and learning about things):

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {4D25F926-B9FE-4682-BF72-8AB8210D6D75} - C:\Program Files\MyWaySA\SrchAsDe\deSrcAs.dll

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4D25F921-B9FE-4682-BF72-8AB8210D6D75} - C:\Program Files\MyWaySA\SrchAsDe\deSrcAs.dll

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {6379A99A-9102-446C-A837-0623E1810D75} - (no file)

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {2DEA8791-C2B7-48E1-8992-8E8E6A6FE789} - (no file)

According to castlecops.com, the 03 is called "Drop Spam Toolbar"... at least it's not called "not-a-virus" :)

If thats what I think it is(Qoologic)... I haven't seen that infection in quite some time.

1. Download this file - combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
