1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

Thanks so much for the unlock code. I followed the instructions and it worked. I got a 'phone restrictions off' message.
But now the phone will not read any sim card. The non accepted sim card i put in is working and had no security code. Any ideas?
