How to re-route your computer for an alternate IP?

I need this to get online for something rather important to me.. Lets just assume I was IP banned from an online PS2 game. If you really wanna know why, PM me v.v

Anyways,
I have a CAT5 Crossover cable, and my PS2 is hooked up to the internet though it. So, everything that my PS2 recieves gos through my computer first. How can I set it up so that I can use a proxy server for that port so that to DNAS, it appears that I've got a different IP? The PS2 isn't modded or anything.. It's just a PS2.

Any ideas?
