hello. i haven't used my version of DVD X Copy for awhile as i experienced computer problems and had many issues. when i tried to activate the version, it said all my allowances were used up. may i please obtain more activation passes? thanks.

At least NextCopy still lives. Thats more than I can say for XCopy. Maybe NextCopy isn't the best software on the market but at least it still gets updated.

dvdxcopy is not dead,as platinum 40415rf and platium v5.00.13rf with AnyDVD can copy the same as CloneDVD meaning 99.999% of the movies out..

platinum v4038 is dead..

as for dvdnextcopy as i was one the first beta testers..i know its capabilities..i gave keys out for feed-back on the latest version.

and dvdnextcopy conflits with sooo many programs ,unless they fixed that Ireland?

so boneshkr your better choice would be CloneDVD 2 + anydvd

the newer version does not conflict with any programs..
the first ones did..as this version is a total rewrite.
even AnyDVD will will work with dvdnextcopy

If you choose to use another 3 party decrypter other than Machinist2.dll (which is the programs recommended free decrypter )...it is then advisable to completely remove Machinist2.dll ( if you have it installed )from your system as it is always running in the background and cannot be turned off . A number of users are choosing to use SLYSOFT's AnyDVD instead which is free to try for 21 days but must be purchased after that and is completly compatible. In this case DVDneXtCopy's compatibility mode must be selected in order for it to work...a warning flag will then pop up

The only problem with the newest version of NextCopy is the slow transcoder. Other than that they have some great skins and the program is very user friendly. I also would use it with AnyDVD running in the background, in compatibility mode.

Ireland I am still using the 4038 version of dvd x copy platinum. I see you say the platium v5.00.13rf is still good can you send me a link page so that I could download it? thanks for your help.
