Anyone know of any really good places to buy a European 1.5 psp. Been looking around but don't know of any trustworthy places and i don't like buying consoles off of ebay. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Your best bet is buying used or downgrading one. Buying off Ebay really is quite safe you know. Aslong as the seller is active and has a 95-100% feedback its pretty much guranteed. But if your not interested then just buy a used one then upgrade it to 2.71 or 3.03 or something and just downgrade. I recommened 2.71 if you can get one of those it will be easy to get to 1.50 with the easy downgrader for 2.71.
