Insert a NON accepted sim card.When it says phone restricted, press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code,and enter the code in to the box on screen,and then input this code

have you tried another network sim,it might be unlocked already, also is t-mobile the one your phone is locked to or want use?

Yeh my phone is locked on T-Mobile, but i want to use an Orange sim.
