I JUST WANT FREE MULTIPLAYER. NO DEMO NOTHING JUST FRIKIN MULTIPLAYER PLZ ADD THAT TO SILVER SERVICE M$ THAT IS Y ALL MY FRIENDS DON"T WANT TO CONVERT BECAUSE THEY DON"T WANT TO PAY MONTLY AFTER SPENDING SOO MUCH ON CONSOLE AND GAMES. WTH ITS LIKE CAR INSURANCE. ONLY IF THEY AD WARRANTY WITH GOLD SERVICE FOR SAME PRICE.

With the low-power downloading, it does it by turning off all the fans and such- but won't that be more likely to lead to over heating?

Just downloading would use very little cpu power and no gpu power, so this would result in minimal heat. I wouldn't worry about to much, who downloads things overnight on dsl/cable anyways?
