Uhh yeah I'm trying to burn an ISO File, and when it got to a 100%, it ejected the disc, w/o a word of "completed!" or anyhthing, then just swallowed my disc back up -_-

What's wrong?

if you have verify checked, thats what its doing. just uncheck it, it should still burn properly

yep. it is verifying the burn to make sure it all went well. It makes the process twice as long so as suggested above, just make sure you uncheck that box before you start burning.
