i was websurfing, and i stumbled across this article

stateing there is a high pitch frequency mostly only teens can hear. ppl over in europe starting use this frequency to keep unruley teens away from there store.some teens however turned this into a ringtone. perfect 4 school bc only they can hear it. i however have more dasterdly plans, and im going to run this frequency through my school as a prank. 5 mins of it gave me a head ache, so ive been trying to mod it and make the pitch higher, but still able to hear. im going to use ppls cell phones as transmit it.so i need 2 kno.

is there a common sound format for cell phones? or will i be able to use it under any format?
