I use TEMPGEnc Plus and Nero Ultra to create SVCD to view on my standalone player
(a Sony) and burn using Sony CD-R at 4x...
to enable the menu function I have installed
Nero MPEG2 SVCD plugin...

I ran a short video for "Wolverine Blues" through the Tsunami program then imported it into Nero Ultra, and designed a sweet looking menu just to get a good idea of what it would look like and how it would work...

this is an example of my menu layout in SVCD mode...

when I put the SVCD disc into my Sony DVD player nothing happens (there is no menu), but I can hit play on my remote and the video will play perfectly...

has anyone else encountered this problem or have any solid advice on how to resolve it...
