whoa, way to treat people trying to give you help. you'd think someone with "chess" in their name would apply better strategy instead of being the same insult they're using themselves.

beatz, that's not a way to post outside of the safety valve and all other topics; just makes it look like you're driving your post count up. and senior members and addicts are respected little enough as it is, with how easy it is to rise with no knowledge in these console forums.

*edit*
fixed, ddp. stupid makes me angry. :-(

................................

anyways, if youre running an OE, all you have to do is go into recovery>>advanced>>toggle usb(flash0)>>

vsh/resource/01-12.BMP....

this file has to be around the same size as the original...

and there was a bmp batch maker, where you can compile 12 bmp images into 1 and have it work just like the original.....real simple too, anyone could convert it from text to a dos prog..anyhow..ill try to find that later

I feel sorry for people still using DEVhook.....no, i feel stupid for them...

To clarify this whole "schpeel"...He did say "Backgrounds" and not "wallpaper" (unless the title has been edited).

Also adding onto gasconades post...his method wont work on all oe's toggle flash0 from recovery was implemented in 3.03 oe-c so only 3.03 oe-c and up can use that method. 3.03 oe-b and down will have to use a program that flashes to your flash0 like pspfiler.

Grab a couple background packs off here nanakifire's pack contains a batch maker so i suggest grabbing that one.

It's real simple like gasconade said just take 12 .bmp's named 01.bmp, 02.bmp, 03.bmp, etc. place them in the same folder as the batch maker and run the batch maker...voila you have your 01-12.bmp
make sure the file size is the same as the one being replaced and make sure your .bmp files are correctly sized. Enjoy!
