How to manually enter MMS/GPRS/ WAP settings

I bought a Razr V6 Maxx phone UNLOCKED and am using it on a T-Mobile network. I can send/receive calls and I can text message, but I cant seem to send picture messages or connect to the internet. I have the correct settings for my network, but I do not know how to enter them into my phone. Would anyone know how to place these settings into my phone?
