I need to know if there is any way to convert ARMax codes from PAL to NTSC or NTSC to PAL and how i can do it.

Why do you wan't to do that? just get the codes for the system you want.

thats the problem, there are codes on the PAL version but no sites have the code for the NTSC version.
The codes are for Driver: Parallel Lines

these are the PAL codes i want to convert:

ARMax (PAL)

No Felony/Dumb Cops

thats the NTSC codes but there no dumb cops codes on the NTSC site thats y i want to convert them from PAL

Theres a thread somewhere here only by Masterchu which is about AR MAX code conversion you should look there I think its in first TWO-FOUR Pages BY Masterchu OK.

i found the tutorial but it only tell how to convert ARMax codes to Swap Magic Coder, it doesnt tell how to convert them from PAL to NTSC or vice versa

ok i downloaded it nd i can see it converts codes to different format but can someone please tell me how i can use the software (Maxconvert) to convert ARMax code from PAL to NTSC.

maxconvert wont convert the codes from PAL to NTSC or vice versa mate, it only converts codes from Action Replay, Gameshark etc.

I dont know of any programs that do the region converting. sorry!

yes it does actually there is a option at the bottom that lets you convert into the region you want....so you have USA codes select european to convert them
