I was just wondering how you change the position of the psx screen because i put it on full screen and it will fit in perfectly but the bottom is cut off and there is loads of room at the top... can anyone help?

I don't think there is a fix for this yet, you'll just have to play it on normal screen size for now.

Yea im already on 3.03oe-c so i have got the latest just i dont know how to change the position not size of the screen in the emulator
