i want to install a 3.10 OE-A firmware and I have a 2.81 firmware. Can I do that? I'm trying to install this one http://dl.qj.net/Firmwares/pg/12/fid/12536/catid/163

nope you need to downgrade you 2.81 to 1.5 and then upgrade to 3.10 oe A.
