Mac G4 Quicksilver OSX 10.4.9 Two monitors

I'm trying to send DVD Player to my TV from my mac. I know I can use an adaptor to run from my DVI port, but I really don't want to unplug my monitor each time.
Can I get a PCI card that will send the signal? Can I also receive signal with the same card?
