my mates lost his movie channels so hes been told to press dbox n=button then access services then select scan , however he cant get that far as its asking for a code ? any ideas , tried 0000 no luck

dbox sagem
my channels have gone. I have done a fast scan but got nothing. Do I need to update my services file before the scan, do a slow scan or what? Thanks for your help
