Hello.

im having issues with my chip, it doesnt loads no backups or originals, it just loads the white screen (memory card) and one second after shows the red clouds saying "insert ps2 disk".

I can load original games by keeping pressed the reset button as it enters in disable mode, so its not the laser, what can i do?

Your chip probably becomes non-functional. Duo chip aren't reliable as you think. I owned 3 duo chips; two die. Take off the chip and it is functional again.
