Is it possible to transfer saved game data from the Xbox to the 360?

I just bought a Xbox 360 off a friend and I was wondering if there is a way to transfer my saved game data from my Xbox to the 360. I'd like to sell my Xbox, but I don't want to lose my Morrowind saved game data. I was to far in the game to start over now! I was looking around on here and haven't found any threads about this. I'm sure there has been but I can't find them. Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

yeah, you need an action replay for the xbox and an xbox 360 save transfer kit

Ok,would I be able to do it with just a memory card. Say I load the game data on a memory card for the xbox and then upload on the 360. Will the 360 read the xbox memory card?
