Hey i have a question about scanning a .exe file. ok i scan it but not deep scan.

ex: setup.exe when scanned with norton or nod32 is says 1 file scanned complete.

but when i open it to install antivirus software capture a virus.

now i need to know how to scan all files in the setup.exe file pls thanks
