the other day i had to reformat my computer. I have two writers, since the reformat the one writer works fine and burns at the speeds i set. but the second one will not burn at over 1x and the buffer jumps around like a rabbit. I have checked the firmware and the dma setting on the second drive and both are fine. I have even went as far as shutting down everything but the burning program and still the second drives falters. Any ideas on how to fix this problem would be welcome. thanks in advance.
