A bit of info about my PS2

So I'm taking a look at my board to get an idea where the wires are gonna go and that stuff (Just got a Crystal Chip in) I go get the diagram for the gh-004 board and start trying to find the sports where wires will go...

So I'm looking, and i can't find #3, well i can find it but its not like what the picture shows, I have a black chip over that spot, and no chip to the left of it. Looking at this image tho the picture of the board I should be installing onto should have a chip to teh left and nothing on the right...mine is opposite. So i thought maybe, I have to move is some how (i'm new to modding, I've never done it) So instead of doing things blindly I look around and Googled GH-004 and searched the images, now every image I looked at of a GH-004 has this change in For example, while the image is for a different chip install still has that picture of the board... "http://www.covetime.com/modshop/images/v1_v2_v3_duo_gh004_020.jpg" it has the chip "moved"
Now maybe I'm just reading wrong but, if there is someone out there who could fill me in on what up with my system, and hopefully help me find a diagram or guide or something to install my CC 1.0 onto this system I'd be very thankful because I have no clue why my system's board is so different in comparison to the normal ones.
If i didn't explain this well enough let me know I'm kinda tired at the moment so this isn't my greatest writing skills.
