Hey,

If you haven't already guessed, I'm new to these forums, so hello all. :) I just bought Magic Swap 3.6 + Slide Tool the other day and attempted to try it out with an imported copy of Tales of Destiny 2 (PS2, NTSC-J). While it took me a while, I figured out the... less then well described steps to actually load a game using Magic Swap thanks to help on these forums. Weirdly, once I've locked the drive and the screen flashes red like it intends to load, I get booted to the playstation 2 default "Please insert a valid playstation/playstation 2 disk" screen. I've tried everything I can think of to get around this, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have the sensors held down/covered properly. Usually, this is the main reason and error people have had when trying to play their imports like me at first for example. IF that still doesn't work, try another game and see how it works. Oh and btw, as for the 3 sensors, check if the magic switch near the hinge to the left of the PS2 laser is being held down by something, check to see if your disc break is being held firmly to the rightside and the on/reset button is being held down by something.

Btw, which Tales of Destiny 2 (PS2) do you have? I've seen both best hits versions out, but I don't know the difference between the two other then the year, 2005 and they being two months apart. I want to buy it, but I would like to get an answer about it somewhere...
