I have T-mobile nokia 6010. I tried to use T-mobile sim card in it. i am getting message "phone restricted" and after few minutes the phone turns off automatically. following are the info given below:-

IMEI#010420/00/029864/4
Code#0519487hm03tw

Can anyone provide me the correct code?
