What's the difference of FW 3.10 and 3.10 OE-A?

uhm well actually im new here, i would like to upgrade my psp version to 3.03 oe-c, but my friend suggest to upgrde it to 3.10 Oe-A..is it better than 3.03 oe-c or i will be screwed if i ugrde to 3.10 oe-A? what's the difference of 3.10 and 3.10 Oe-A anyways...?

3.10 is standard sony s**t* but 3.10 oe-a is custom enabling you to play games off you ms, homebrew , ps1 games, etc. personally though id say go for 3.03 oe-c.

more cuistomizable for looks
3.10 oe-a
slightly better psx emulation
