Hacking my Ericson W880

I got my sony W880 a week ago and love the thing.

I had a motorola V398 b4 this and hacked and moded that phone inside out so I'm not new to the hacking scene.

If some1 could please refer/guide me into being able to do these things to my W880.

1. DO i need special drivers to hack it.
2. I would like to make the volume button thing (right top edge of phone) be able to lower my volume when I'm in the main menu and not go into the Quick info menu.
3. Change other buttons shortcuts aswell IE the quick net button.
4. Is there a way to assign shortcuts to a game/java application.
5. Get rid of the Network logo.
