SFD Recompiling Help

Does anyone know of a good program that can recompile a video and audio file into a SFD or even PSS file?

I'm asking because I need to decompile the SFD files I have of the US and JP versions respectively (which I've done) and then combine the audio of one with the video of the other back into a SFD file (or PSS file I can rename to a SFD file).

I've tried using Gherudos Mpg Player For Gamecube which has an MPG to SDK converter but it keeps crashing for some odd reason and saying the "Appropriate libraries are not installed correctly".

I heard the "SEGA Dreamcast Movie Creator" from the Dreamcast SDK would do the trick but I haven't been able to track that down unfortunately.

Any help is appreciated :) Thanks!
