help! clogging c drive!

Hi, I have been having a clogging c drive for a while,
and I have yesterday removed 600 MB from it, and a day later
and a new virus scanner it's still going down giving the windows
warnings of low disk space. I assume something is wrong.
I hope someone can help! :)

Viruses don't always cause low disk space. Therefore, you should run the Disk Cleanup Wizard and Defragment files on your drive.

For Disk Cleanup:

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup.

Select C:

Follow the instructions to clean up your disk.

Also, go to My Computer and right click on "Local Disk (C:)". Click on the "Tools" tab and click "Defragment Now...". A window will pop up, right click on "(C:)" and click "Analyze". When it is done, click "View Report" and "Save As...". Save it as VolumeC.txt, go to My Documents, and open it up. Copy everything above the line and paste it here. It will look something like this:

Volume (C:)
Volume size = 17.60 GB
Cluster size = 4 KB
Used space = 13.41 GB
Free space = 4.18 GB
Percent free space = 23 %

Volume fragmentation
Total fragmentation = 16 %
File fragmentation = 32 %
Free space fragmentation = 1 %

Average file size = 299 KB
