whats better and faster for downloading newsgroups or rapidshare. and whats the best and cheapest newsgroup server.

I don't think people are allowed to give out Newsgroups on this site.

Rapidshare can be free. If you paid for rapidshare you can download multiple files instead of just one at a time.

Fastness depends a lot on your internet connection. How many people are on the server. Or which Newsgroup you go with.

No you can talk about news server sites. They are perfectly legal businesses. http://www.usenetserver.com seems to be the best cost value to me. $40 every 3 month with unlimited and 100 days retention. They aren't as good as Giganews, but Giganews cost almost twice as much.
