First of all, i have an older, v7 ps2 modchiped with what i suspect to be a duo2, but no internal hd or network adapter.
Is there a way to install either ps2 reality media player or sms to the memory card, so the menu can be opened by holding down buttons, or the mpg4 disks will autoplay?

I don't know much about modchips, does it have usb support? You could just put the sms elf on a jump drive and boot from usb.

to use a USB drive you would need to boot ulaunchELF of a cd/dvd to copy the elf
