Can I downgrade my psp with that version to version 1.5 again?

Or can I just download the new firmware? Cause I was planning on putting the 3.30OE when it gets out later, can i just download it and put it in the psp?

Yes u can downgrade to 1.5 via recovery. use the win installer.
