Well Reportedly from a pretty good source of mine :)

the update on PAL GH2 is bricking NTSC Consoles after you perform the update, so if you plan on grabbing this game make sure you get the NTSC Version...

or just make sure you update the consoles xbox live dashboard to the latest version.
