I do a lot of photo copying and the first time i put about 2000 photos onto a cd
this made the cd get too full i cannot acces my photos is their a way to fix this?

What do you mean by too full?
If the cd is damaged or the files are corrupt in any way..no yu can't fix it...

You can try at least though.... look up a program called Bad Copy

I thought there was a programme to recive an overburnt disk
any thoughts?

If you have Easy CD Burner program you can use Direct CD Utilities to Rocover /repair a CD.

There is nothing super special about recovering data from an overburnt CD as opposed to a regular cd. Just set the read speed to slooooooow and cross your fingers.
